One team, from the land to the handover.

KAPA Design Collective is a Singapore design-and-build platform for landed homes. We bring together design, construction and a developer's eye for value to create bespoke homes designed around how people live, and planned as long-term assets. Founded in Singapore, with a growing presence in Kuala Lumpur and across Asia-Pacific.

The founders. The two individuals behind every KAPA home.

Luxury Is Personal

The KAPA style is your lifestyle. We begin with the people, the land and the way the two have to meet - and we plan the house with the care a developer gives to land, buildability and longevity.
