The Framed House responds to the slanted boundary of the site with a diagonal double-skin façade, creating a dynamic relationship between the building and its rectangular interior spaces. In-between spaces are introduced for greenery, bringing nature into the architectural envelope and creating depth across the façade.
Carefully proportioned openings frame views of both the surrounding landscape and internal greenery, creating a balance between openness and enclosure. The first storey opens fully towards the pool and garden, visually lightening the building and giving it a floating quality, while split-level gathering spaces connect different floors around a central courtyard.
