Project timelines vary with complexity and site conditions. As a guide, construction takes 18–22 months for a full rebuild, 15–18 months for a reconstruction and 12–15 months for an A&A. A more accurate timeline is given after the initial consultation.

A rebuild takes the house down to the ground and starts again. A reconstruction retains part of the existing structure, usually the frame, and works within it. Reconstruction is normally faster and cheaper, but only where the existing structure can carry what you want. We advise which suits your house at the first consultation, before you engage us.
